3:30-5:00 pm  Registration open in front  lobby 

5:30-6 pm Any Out of towners, Chill Virgins, or Solo Sailors Meet and Greet in the bar, wear your white leis!

5:30-7pm Polynesian Buffet in Nolan’s Restaurant

5:30-6:30 pm pm vendors open

6:30 pm Evening festivities begin in the ballroom  Silent Auction begins

7 pm Group picture outside front lobby

7:15 pm speakers in ballroom

7:30-10:30 Conch Republic Band!

9 pm-During the break Heads or Tail ($5 cash only)

11pm-12am Bonfire by the Beach with Frank and Looper, Bring your instruments!

11:00 am Follow John Patti and Quentin into the Ballroom for the Bloody Mary Bottle Auction.

11-1 pm vendors open

11:30-3:30pm Hot Dog Cart on the Patio (Burgers, Dogs, Chicken sandwich combos $15 cash)

12:00-12:30 pm Highlight!!****K9s Training Demo**** (location tbd) Bring your chairs 

1-5 pm games and Live Music on the Beach with 

Monallo, John Patti, Aubrey Wollett and Quentin

2 pm Door decorating contest ends

3 pm Group Picture on the Beach

7 pm Evening Festivities begin with the Silent Auction and games with Bill Brehm

8:30 pm Silent Auction closes PAY FOR YOUR STUFF!

7:30-10:30 Live Music with Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band in the Ballroom

During the break- 50/50 ends, Silent Auction ends
